(formerly known as hip hop church)

For over 7 years, New Groove Performing Company has used, the gift of Hip Hop and the creative arts to bring a message of hope and inspiration throughout the Northwest. Not since last year of 2007, did "Hip Hop Church" get started right here in Vancouver, Wa at Groove Nation. From both kids and parents of various backgrounds, the desire for "more of God" kept ringing in our hearts and ears. So both UPRIZING! and Clique 111 (one-eleven) got birthed. The goal...hear "to-the-point" messages with inspired praise and worship that includes God's creative side; using urban flavored dance, poetry, theater, and music. This night is not to be missed!!

Mission Statement :        To bridge the gap between the body of Christ and the lost using the gift of the creative arts; as well as to disciple this generation, thus advancing the kingdom of God .

Vision Statement:

 We exist to first win souls for Christ, second to equip them with the word of God and third to send them back into their culture to bring reformation.

 We exist to develop young artists into passionate worshippers, but all are welcome.

 We exist to touch the lost, the hurting, and the confused with His love and unmerited grace helping them find their identity as true sons and daughters of God.
4
 We exist to preach the Gospel to the streets both here in the Portland and Vancouver area as well as internationally through the creative arts,

 We exist to bring righteous reformation to the widely accepted hip hop culture, so that it may be used for God's glory and Kingdom purposes
